Her extensive background encompasses sales, business development, digital marketing, public relations, and media, contributing to her esteemed reputation as a dynamic and driven leader within the industry. Throughout her career, Lama has held pivotal roles at prominent global entities including Mediclinic Group, Capital Health, NMC, Born Hall, among others. In 2024, she established “Lama Rateb for Marketing,” a digital agency headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The agency specializes in supporting entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized enterprises seeking expert guidance and assistance to enhance their online business strategies, particularly those unable to afford larger agency fees. In addition to her corporate achievements, Lama actively engages in community and humanitarian endeavors aimed at empowering women and youth. She is committed to advancing knowledge in marketing through numerous free educational workshops.
